Privacy

This policy explains how Sammy J Builds handles information you choose to share when signing up for product updates, applying for prototype testing or purchasing a guide. Netlify processes the forms submitted on this site. Guide purchases use Payhip for checkout, payment processing and digital delivery; information submitted during checkout is also subject to Payhip’s privacy policy.

Goggle applications

Applications can include name, email, general area, swimming background, travel availability and filming preference. A filming preference is not permission to record or publish someone.

How information is used

We use information to respond to the selected request. Purchasing a guide does not automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing updates. Sammy J Builds does not sell the information it collects.

Your choices

To request removal of information submitted to this site, opt out of future product messages or ask a privacy question, email sam@sammyjbuilds.com. For information submitted through Payhip checkout, refer to Payhip’s privacy policy and privacy controls.
